WARRANTY POLICY

1. For Forklifts

  • The standard warranty period is 2,000 (two thousand) operating hours or 12 (twelve) months from the delivery date, whichever comes first.
  • The warranty period can be extended up to 5,000 (five thousand) operating hours or 36 (thirty-six) months under an extended warranty package.

2. For Spare Parts

  • Genuine spare parts are covered by a 6 (six)-month warranty from the invoice date.
  • For lead-acid batteries, the warranty period is 1 year.
  • For lithium batteries (lithium-ion) used in forklifts, the warranty follows the lithium battery policy.

3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

  • Customers modify the original condition of the forklift, including installing additional equipment without approval from Goldbell Vietnam.
  • Customers disassemble, inspect, or repair the equipment without authorization from Goldbell Vietnam, affecting the original condition.
  • Improper use or overloading beyond design capacity.
  • Damage caused by the customer.
  • Wear-and-tear parts are not covered under warranty.
  • Failure to perform maintenance as recommended by the Manufacturer (or Goldbell Vietnam) may affect warranty eligibility.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or fire.

4. Service Response Time

  • Within 12–48 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

5. Notes

  • Warranty does not apply to consumable/wear parts such as brake linings, transmission clutch, tires, oil, etc.
  • For electric forklifts, the battery is not covered under warranty if:
    • It is used with insufficient voltage leading to damage or explosion.
    • It is not properly maintained or refilled with distilled water (for applicable types).
    • It is not charged according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
